Sourcing Recruiter  ( CONTRACT Position )

The Sourcing Recruiter, based in Orlando, FL is a critical part of our Call Center recruiting teams.  Individual will be self-motivated, thrive in a fast paced environment and work independently with minimal supervision. Individual will be able to solve recruiting challenges through identifying and implement creative solutions that will drive strong candidate pipeline for high volume call center positions.

Individual will;

  • create and execute a variety of and track ROI for all sourcing campaigns

  • ensure a consistent candidate pipeline for high volume positions to support organizations hiring goals are met

  • build strong partnerships with recruiting team, candidates and business leaders

  • build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research, networking, internal referral program and on-going relationship management

  • recommend ideas and strategies that will contribute to attracting the right talent at the right time

  • demonstrate strong consulting and negotiating skills
     

Experience

  • 3-5+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience with high volume call center sales and service roles

  • 3-5+ years’ experience in candidate generation and assessment through a variety of channels including passive sourcing, LinkedIn, referral campaigns, database mining

  • Hands on experience planning, organizing and executing virtual job fairs events and company/position informational sessions

  • Experience with Workday is preferred but not required

  • Experience effectively utilizing CRM systems ( Clinch preferred )

  • MS Office- including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
     

Knowledge and skills

  • Ability to be creative in thought to try nonconventional recruitment techniques

  • Strong elevator pitch when describing the role and company culture to prospective candidates, effectively selling the company's value proposition

  • Demonstrated strong proactive recruiting, sourcing, negotiating and networking skills

  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

  • Strong attention to detail and effective multitasker

  • Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability and ability to handle pressure

  • Able to work with others and communicate effectively to all levels including executive

  • Must be professional and possess a high level of confidentiality

At many of those properties, the Hotel owner is the actual employer, and Travel + Leisure Co. provides HR support including recruiting and performance management of executive team members, on behalf of the owner.
