Here is what you need to know about the 100% Remote RCI Customer Service Representative (CSR) & Sales Representative position:

• Applicants must be a current Indiana resident

• 6 weeks remote comprehensive training program designed to make you successful - Monday - Friday, 10:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m.

• Upon completion of training, initial schedule will be: 2:30p.m. – 11:00p.m.

• Schedules include four 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day. Weekend shift ends at 8:00 p.m.

• This role provides world class levels of customer service to our members while selling vacation products and services

• Travel Guides speak to RCI members and assist in booking all aspects of travel (i.e. flight, hotel, car, etc.)

• Call center and sales experience helpful, but not required

• Position requires travel guides to meet individual, team and departmental goals and performance standards

• You will earn $13.25/hour plus incentives. The average first year compensation is $15.65/hour

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Interest in travel is a huge plus!

• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required

• Previous customer service experience

• Highly motivated and strong desire to achieve individual and team goals

• Must be reliable and coachable with a desire to learn

• Must have strong communication and problem solving skills

• Computer proficiency including Internet navigation ability is a must

• Bi-lingual Spanish or French experience a plus

• Pre-employment Background Check Required
