工作内容:
-销售办公室的日常维护,包括办公用品采购,日常维护清洁等
-热情友好接待到访客户及拜访人员
-完成日常销售或行政报表(包括线上系统表格,和线下报表),准备销售合同及其他材料
-根据部门安排,为举办的销售活动提供帮助
-其他销售中心内的行政或辅助类工作
工作要求:
-至少一年以上办公行政类,或销售行政类工作经验,熟练使用office办公软件
- 良好的沟通能力,普通话标准,英语可以作为日常沟通语言,能沟通处理英文系统及英文邮件
- 细致、有责任心,愿意并乐意参与部分销售活动
-有酒店、客服等工作经验者优先考虑
-工作时间为一周五天,可以接受周末及节假日上班。
