How You’ll Shine

As a Room Attendant, you will provide exceptional customer service to guests and colleagues. You will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms to a high standard and within allocated timeframes, by vacuuming, deep cleaning, dusting, changing bed linen, and replenishing the amenities in guest rooms daily or as required by the guest.  You will also be required to work with other departments to ensure the guest rooms, pantries and corridors and service areas are kept in good condition.

To be successful in this role, you will be:

• Previous experience within a similar position
• Able to display efficient & effective way of cleaning within time frames allocated
• Strong attention to detail
• Possess productive, energetic & self-motivated attributes
• Have the ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
• Knowledge and understanding of OH&S and chemical handing
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public and school holidays.
• Be a real 'people person' and genuinely enjoy getting to know people
