The Wyndham Destinations Marketing Contact Center is growing. We are currently hiring new and seasoned Reservation Coordinators.

What is a Reservations Coordinator?

As a Reservations Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to service inbound calls from our potential customers, as well as our owners. You will be assisting with the finalization of travel packages by researching, reviewing, and confirming accommodations through our central reservation system. The position requires that you maintain a high-level of customer satisfaction, in addition to addressing any escalated customer service issues that may arise. As part of the Reservations Team, you will be helping to deliver on our arrivals, increase revenue for the department and guarantee tour volume for the resorts as well as package retention and selling of dates.

Our ideal candidate will be a true, service-minded professional with the ability to respond to a wide variety of customer needs. We are looking for someone who is an excellent listener and an effective communicator by being positive, professional and informative.

What are the Hours?

You will work 12pm to 8pm or 1pm-9pm four days during the week and you will work on Saturday from 9:00am to 6:00pm. You will have off one weekend day and one day mid-week. This is not a remote position.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Must be able to work flexible shifts to include weekdays, evenings and weekends to suit business needs

  • 12 months minimum customer service, reservations or equivalent experience a plus

  • Microsoft Office, Word, Excel experience desired

  • 12 months minimum of call center experience preferred
