The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Payroll Manager in managing the payroll functions for Travel + Leisure.  This associate will ensure the timely and accurate execution of the payroll processes they are responsible for and ensure all ADP deadlines are met and company policies and procedures are followed.  This position will assist in coordinating and responding to payroll help desk requests and other non-commission related payroll functions. They will also assist in completing projects assigned to the team, partner with corporate contacts and various internal departments, and focus on delivering Count On Me support.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate and complete requests relating to the payroll help desk, wyntime additional access, focus card, manual check processing and other non commission related payroll functions

  • Assist in team leadership and training including directing staff on all payroll items

  • Assist payroll processing and ensures ADP deadlines are met

  • Assist in reviewing tasks performed by the team including off cycle requests and payroll processing reconciliations

  • Assist in special projects and various reporting and metrics

  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

Education

  • Associates Degree preferred

Training Requirements

  • CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) preferred

Knowledge and skills

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and problem solve in a high volume, fast paced, changing environment

  • A team player who can interact with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership

  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of goals

  • Ability to identify and resolve relevant issues & notify management as needed

  • Demonstrate good judgment and decision making skills

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Technical Skills

  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel and MS Office

  • ADP/Kronos experience preferred

Job experience

  • 5 + years payroll experience in a large, multi-site organization

  • Timeshare sales & marketing experience preferred

Unless there is a legal requirement, experience will be accepted for the education requirement.
