The primary purpose of this position is to aid in all aspects of the marketing department. This includes but is not limited to supporting both the Tour Reception, Administration and Marketing Managers. Responsible for confirmation calls for all tours booked; hosting In House Party Weekend Events; assist Admin with daily data entry and assist managers with supply orders, new hire paperwork and reviewing weekly payroll. The candidate for this position must be able to work flexible hours. This includes split days off, split shifts, and must be able to work days and evenings, weekends and holidays.
Essential Job Functions:
Confirmation calls in the morning to all tours booked
2. Host party weekends. Attend the reception, dinners and luncheons involved
3. Review Weekly Payroll, Admin Data Entry
4. New hire paperwork, including all marketers are properly licensed, issuing uniforms, etc.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
a) Education - High School diploma or equivalent, with one (1) to two (2) years of related work experience including sales, admin, customer service, or
b) Training requirements - Must pass a background and drug test. Must pass a typing, excel, and math test.
c) Knowledge and skills - Must pass standardized testing done in consumer finance. Must be computer efficient. Must be able to read, write and understand English.
d) Job experience - Excellent customer service skills and Accounting Experience 2 years minimum. Marketing / Sales Experience a
