PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

(Include but not limited to:)

  • Provide administrative/clerical assistance to Call Centre’s / Corp Upgrade staff and management
  • Updating and monitoring required reports within timeframes allocated
  • Gather and analyzes call center key performance data and information
  • Confidently make presentations to small and mid-sized audiences.
  • Filing and organizing all paperwork circulated throughout the call center
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes as required
  • Faxing and voicemail retrieval when required
  • Updating the Internal Positions Vacant noticeboard with all HR related documents.
  • Display a Count On Me! Service to all internal and external parties. 
  • Display innovation through inspiring, creating and improving processes and products. 
  • Show integrity in all aspects of the position by doing the right thing, taking responsibility and delivering on the promise. 
  • Display leadership values by ensuring effective communication and respecting your peers and managers.  Support others within the team and empower each other wherever possible. 
  • Contacting guests and owners to rebook, reschedule, cancel and converse to assist is facilitating their needs.
  • Any other duties as may be reasonably requested by management

KEY POSITION CRITERIA:

  • Intermediate to Advanced computer skills, including previous experience using the MS Office Suite – Excel, Word, Access & Outlook
  • Salesforce and Merlin knowledge preferred
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, co-workers and clients
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with all colleagues.
  • Analytical skills including the ability to read analyze and interpret data, reports and procedures
  • High level organizational and time-management skills, combined with previous experience in multi-tasking
  • Flexibility with working hours to suit department needs.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Esurance to be fully committed to the role.
  • Initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Wyndham Vacation Resorts Policies and Procedures
  • Previous experience in Business Administration
  • Previous experience as Reports Analyst
