Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Marketing Campaign Analyst in Orlando, Florida.  The Campaign Analyst I will be responsible for the development and timely delivery of campaign audience files that support campaigns across various channels (direct mail, email, mobile and phone) in the IBM Campaign UNICA environment. Furthermore, the Campaign Analyst will develop reports that support the operational, strategic, and business goals of the team in IBM Cognos. This individual will also work to perform QA testing of UNICA flowcharts and data output files. Furthermore, the Campaign Analyst should have a basic working knowledge of marketing concepts and terms associated with digital, social, email, and call center marketing. In addition, this individual must ensure that campaign files are accurate, timely, and delivered in a secure manner and comply with all State, Federal, and organizational rules.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Deliver and post critical campaign data files, in various formats, for various internal and external business partners to a secure file platform and archive them for historical reference

  • Develop, update, and format UNICA flowcharts and output files for delivery to internal business partners

  • Establish and maintain a daily, monthly, quarterly and annual campaign calendar to ensure file deadlines are documented and understood, and necessary coverage is in place

  • Develop operational reports in IBM Cognos to support the team’s performance goals, as well as develop reports to research data issues and inquiries

  • Carefully review and test the
    accuracy and quality of all data files prior to their delivery

Education

  • BA/BS in Information Technology, Database Marketing or related field; or equivalent experience

Knowledge and skills 

  • Expertise with Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Access) 

  • Requires strong organizational and time management skills

  • Experience with relational databases or marketing data management tools

  • Strong communication and writing skills

  • Knowledge of database marketing techniques including profiling, segmenting, extracting and data mining from large transactional databases 

  • Track record of working well in a variety of business situations

  • Ability to work
    effectively within a team in a fast paced environment 

  • Attention to detail and quality of work

  • Capable of managing relationships with clients

Technical Skills

  • 1-2 years working knowledge of SQL and database design principles

  • 1-2 years of experience with IBM Campaign (Unica) preferred

  • 1-2 years working with best of breed Reporting Tools

  • 1-2 years of experience with reporting tools such as Cognos, OBIEE, Crystal Reports, Tableau

Job Experience 

  • 1-2 years of experience in campaign management, digital marketing, database marketing or reporting and analytics

  • 1-2 years of experience working with SQL or other reporting/query
    tools
