The Manager of Sustainability & Data Reporting will manage Travel + Leisure Co.'s environmental programs and ensure reporting requirement compliance tied to quarterly and annual reporting for all locations worldwide. Assist in the management of the T+L carbon reporting program with 230 + locations, corporate facilities and carbon consultants and meet government deadlines and requirements. Utilize and train on how to use online and offline tools e.g. webinars, power points, educational materials. Assist in the reduction of resort operating expenses, help deliver predictable savings, improve and sustain operating efficiencies. Assist in the coordination and communication of programs and development of materials with our corporate partners for T+L. Develop program with internal and external stakeholders such as Home Owners Associations and external organizations as identified. Perform other duties as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
Track and Measuring Global locations (owned and managed)
Provide technical support for global environmental reporting including but not limited to carbon/energy, water and waste tracking and measuring.
Act as a primary point of contact for technical assistance for all facilities using the Wyndham Green Toolbox with a growing portfolio of over 230+ facilities.
Assist all BUs as needed in site set up and data integrations.
Independently Review data on a periodic basis for completeness.
Raise and concerns to Director as needed.
Work with global portfolio to meet data completion deadlines.
Drive Performance
Communicate and implement sustainability related targets and assist all sites to meet long term reduction goals:
Carbon Emissions: 40% by 2025 based on intensity of 2010 baseline
Waste Diversion: 40% by 2025, 50% by 2035 and 60% by 2050
Work with key stake holders to come up with forecasting models to establish new goals such as water
Work closely with Director- Social Responsibility to build a roadmap for SBTi
Manage targets in Wyndham Green Toolbox by business unit or regions to track performance
Provide design input and use new KPI widgets to relay performance.
Continuously improve tools and resources to meet long term goals.

Prepare data and prepare for external audit review
Assist in preparation of final data completion for reporting

Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI)
Others – ICARUS, Newsweek – Sustainalytics
Other Programs
Manage waste diversion data integration for new waste minimization program.
Team liaison for green/LEED tours of corporate campus
Technical support for facilities team related to Energy Star and other programs Develop and maintain survey program as required.
Review and maintain Resource Center on a periodic basis.
Manage the technical aspect of RCI Green Award Program.
Qualifications:
Four year college degree with major emphasis in environmental engineering and/or science is preferred; MBA a plus.
5 to 7 years of related experience in sustainability or environmental systems development and implementation.
Proficient in GRI and SASB data gathering and reporting
Proven ability to develop strong relationships and collaborate, partner and act as a valued team member, both with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to gain consensus among peers.
Follow up and attention to detail: in matrix team's ability to follow up with multiple stakeholders.
Demonstrated record of success in creating effective Sustainability/Corporate Social Responsibility related programs and designing successful and productive stakeholder engagements.
Passionate about sustainability mission.
A team player, with the ability to work well across different organizational boundaries at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical, written and oral communication, organizational and time management skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power point, Outlook, etc.).
Ability to be punctual, thrive in a fast-paced environment; anticipate needs and be proactive in resolving issues
