JOB SUMMARY

Panorama is seeking a Inventory Management & Pricing Analyst.

Panorama brings a broader perspective and new possibilities to the world of travel and is part of Wyndham Destinations, and our brands include: RCI, 7Across (formerly DAE), Love Home Swap, the Registry Collection, @Work International, and Alliance Reservations Network (ARN). The role of the Inventory Management and Pricing Analyst involves overseeing a portfolio of inventory (territory) and ensuring that inventory is priced to reflect supply and demand for the RCI brand.  The analyst will be responsible for implementing strategies that drive inventory utilization and maximize yields. The analyst will regularly report on the progress of these strategies constantly evaluating to ensure that inventory objectives are met.  In addition, the analyst will play a key role in ensuring that inventory systems are functioning as designed.  The analyst should be able to work independently and also collaborate with team to meet expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.

  • Territory Management

    • Research and analyze information from assigned geographic region(s) using both internal and external data sources; Develop and successfully implement pricing and inventory strategies to maximize territory utilization

    • Analyze historical trends to forecast and set budget for supply, usage and demand for portfolio of resorts

    • Based on forecasted supply and demand build pricing and promotion plans to maximize inventory utilization

    • Act proactively to mitigate utilization risks via price management

    • Develop and maintain pricing and yield management decision logic related to inventory segmentation

    • Create dashboards and reports to provide promotion, pricing and product mix analytics and reporting to cross-functional teams and senior management
       

  • Inventory Management and Pricing operations

    • Day to day inventory operations to ensure

      • inventory is on or off sale as necessary

      • inventory is available through the correct channels for booking

      • Other routine and ad-hoc tasks related to inventory that may arise from external teams (contact centers, business development etc.)

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors required

  • A proven interest in revenue management (hospitality or travel) in schooling or prior work experience

  • 2 years relevant experience in revenue management or analytical field preferred

  • Proficiency in Excel required

  • Experience in data querying and analytical software like SQL, SAS, Python is required
