Travel + Leisure Co. is looking for an HRIS Reporting and People Analytics Analyst. The HRIS Reporting and People Analytics Analyst will be responsible for enterprise-level data reporting, auditing, and analytics. The position will be an integral part of the HRIS and HR Technology team, and a liaison to other Human Resource teams, to ensure that systems provide the means for and enable processes to effectively gather, sort, filter, and report essential HR-related information.

Reporting to the Director of HRIS Talent & Compensation, the HRIS Reporting and People Analytics Analyst will drive successful delivery of accurate HR data, dashboards, and metrics while adhering to governance processes to protect data integrity.  The position will also be responsible for documenting and training end users, as required, to effectively produce such reports and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, create and maintain a variety of complex reports, using any and all available tools and technologies.

  • Design reports to answer relevant business questions and communicate key HR metrics to stakeholders in an easy to understand format.

  • Partner with stakeholders (internal/external to HR) to understand new report/data requirements and ensures results meet the business needs.

  • Work with HRIS and HR SME's to review and assist in preparing business cases tied to new metrics and report development to support programs.

  • Design and manage reporting and analytical projects.

  • Lead optimization of reporting performance and keep reports tuned.

  • Create and maintain report catalog to enable end users to get needed reports.

  • Educate and promote self-service reporting functionality with end users by utilizing various communication and training methodologies.

  • Maintain proper change management documentation to satisfy the company's internal/external audit controls.

  • Manage and complete report requests incoming from Request Hub

  • Performs all other duties as may be required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, Human Resources or related area.

  • 1+ year experience in reporting tools and techniques for HR related data for large, complex organizations, including the ability to understand the business requirements, user needs and translate them into operational requirements.

  • Advanced proficiency with MS Excel (pivot tables, vlookup and other advanced Excel functions and formulas) & MS PowerPoint (creating graphics, charts).

  • Experience with MS Access (create queries, troubleshoot issues with existing queries, deep understanding of data relationships and linked tables).

  • Experience in HCM report writing and creating dashboards with a major SaaS HCM solution, Workday preferred.

  • Knowledge of table or business object structures, data relationships, SQL and other data access tools across multiple databases and data sources.

  • Knowledge of functional areas of Human Resources is preferred.

  • Ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to consult with stakeholders and identify metrics and interpretation needed in deliverables.

  • Self-motivated with a focus on driving results and strong sense of accountability.

  • Demonstrated experience in problem-solving.
