Responsible for the full spectrum of HR responsibilities:

  • Brainstorm & collaborate with HR Team, Leadership Team & influence decisions to build organizational and people capability, improve the workforce profile & its efficiency and productivity and develop long term resource and capability growth plans.
  • Responsible for full employee life cycle in RCI (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, engagement, offboarding).
  • Work closely with Corporate C&B on Performance review cycles (merit, promotion, adjustment, etc.), bonus calculations, Job evaluation & C&B surveys.
  • Organization of training events, advise on ad-hoc training requirements and training administration including training registration, grants and logistics.
  • Partner with Wyndham HR to prepare and implement local HR policies and procedures, HR plans, programs and initiatives.
  • Provision of advice and coaching to managers and associates on HR policies and procedures.
  • Liaise and co-ordinate with Wyndham HR & Finance on HR-related documents (e.g. Appointment letter, confirmation, merit, promotion, termination, etc.) including updating of the organization charts, leave matters and monthly payroll processing in the Clark region, maintenance of HR files and all associate’s documentation.
  • Accountable for timely Payroll data validation & accuracy. This will also include any statutory surveys and reports as required.
  • Responsible for organization and preparation of presentation deck for associates’ communication sessions and celebrative events (e.g. town hall, off-site meeting, LSA, etc.)
  • Manage staff welfare activities and benefits programs.
  • Assist in audits and ensure that working practices in HR is following standard operating policies for ensuring compliance.
  • Office and general office management.
  • Any other duties/tasks/project assignments as required and/or directed.

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, labor laws, etc.
  • Fluent English communication with excellent consulting skills.
  • Excellent client and vendor management and business literacy skills.
  • Strong conflict management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills - Ability to communicate effectively with all key stakeholders, externally and internally.
  • Effectively envision, develop, and implement new strategies, concepts or ideas to address competitive, complex business issues.
  • Take initiative to identify and anticipate client needs and make recommendations for implementation.
  • Meticulous, motivated, committed and pro-active individual
  • Multi-tasking, able to work independently and work within deadlines under minimum supervision.
  • Good knowledge of Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) regulations and proficient in MS office applications.
  • Experience in using Workday is highly preferred.

WORKING EXPERIENCE

At least 3-5 years of working experience as a full-spectrum HR generalist role in a multinational matrix organisation.
