PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include but not limited to :)
Organisational Effectiveness & Leadership
- Ensuring the smooth day to day operations of all aspects the Clark facility
- Review, monitor, update in a collegiate matter and implement as necessary and Operating Procedures and Policies for the Clark facility.
- Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to overall objectives and apply improvements.
- Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
- Oversee all procurement processes with the support of regional Procurement to ensure all policies and procedures complied with for the facility.
- Manage relationship with external partners/vendors/suppliers & any other key stakeholders.
- Collaborates effectively across other functions to increase customer engagement by driving and optimising contact opportunities.
- Display Hospitality with Heart customer centric focused service to all internal and external parties, especially focused on delivering exceptional service and building an engaged workforce.
- Display innovation through inspiring, creating and improving processes and products.
- Show integrity in all aspects of the position by doing the right thing, taking responsibility and delivering on the promise.
- Display leadership values by ensuring effective communication and respecting your peers and managers. Support others within the team and empower each other wherever possible.
- Collaborates with other local and domestic colleagues to develop and implement consistent initiatives and best practices.

Financial Management
- Management and accountability for financial performance of the Clark facility and operational costs. Ensure facility operates within or favourable cost budgets.
- Develop, together with Finance, the annual budget and monthly forecasts
- Ensure custody and control over company assets.
Risk Management
- With support from Legal, ensure that the local facility operates within and remains complaint with all local CDC and Philippines laws and Wyndham global policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all reasonable directions given concerning health and safety are followed, to not willfully place at risk the health and safety of yourself or any person in the workplace and to not willfully or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided for health and safety.
- Together with BCP Manager ensure suitable BCP plans are in place in the event of an emergency and are tested and ready to implement with a little disruption to business operations as possible
KEY POSITION CRITERIA:
- Proven experience in operational process management, change management and administrative leadership roles within a BPO/Shares service environment
- Must reside in close proximity to the Clark office and be prepared to be hands-on and on call handson 24/7 as necessary to lead and manage key emergencies, which may affect the Clark facilities operations. • In depth knowledge of diverse business functions & operating principles (Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, HR, Sales etc.)
- Good understanding of Labor Code of The Philippines & business operations legislation
- Experience dealing with local authorities in Clark/Angeles/Philippines is preferred
- Advanced computer skills including previous experience using MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe
- Exceptional communication skills and demonstrated ability to implement change, develop, and maintain a strong culture across a multifunction multi discipline operation.
- Qualification in Business Administration/Management is advantageous
- A positive, professional manner with the ability to represent the department at internal meetings, dealing with key relationships from all levels within the organization
- Ability to efficiently multi-task which includes excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English
- Strong knowledge of numbers and a strong level financial analysis skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, co-workers and clients
- Excellent people manager, open to direction and a collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done
- Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization.
