Position Summary: This position will be cross-trained into different roles. This associate will provide the best customer experience possible while setting the stage for a successful sales presentation for guests traveling on Wyndham promotional packages and invited Company Marketing Program tours.

Job Responsibilities:

· Maintain a positive attitude at all times with everyone you come in contact with

· Be able to work independently with minimal supervision

· Ability to achieve site mandated performance expectations, including no-hook conversion

· Maintain accurate inventory of all premiums and cash

· Ability to determine eligibility, including but not limited to proper gift offers, scheduling appropriate tour time and qualification to tour

· Accurate data entry, including but not limited to Salesforce, tracking spreadsheet documentation/reports, validate premium and cash reports

· Maintain proper inventory of bank and cash reports

· Ability to handle proprietary information in a confidential and classified manner

· Answer calls and guests questions in a professional manner

· Ability to work a flexible schedule

· Track personal progress and goals to improve knowledge of business and self-motivation

· Preparation of Timeshare Sales Contracts for Sales Department and Property Owners.

· Prepare and balance cash and deposits for Contracts Department.

· Provides information for Sales Department as necessary.

· Preparation and maintenance of legal documents.

· General office work and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

· Must be available to work varied schedule 7 days a week.

· Excellent customer service skills

· Professional business appearance and positive attitude

· Ability to adapt to constant change

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Attention to detail

· Cash handling experience, one plus years

· Must be organized, self-motivated and goal oriented

· Moderate computer and typing skills

· High School Diploma/GED College degree preferred.

The Business Operations Coordinator supports site sales and marketing teams through operational functions such as tour reception, gifting, and contracts processing. Coordinators are responsible for ensuring excellent guest experience. We assist with delivering great vacations to millions of families as they make memories of a lifetime.

Responsibilities/Job Duties:

· Provide an exceptional experience to all internal/external guests.

· Greet and qualify touring guests. Collect and validate all guest information.

· Disperse gifts to guests. Manage and reconcile premiums daily.

· Prepare and balance cash and deposits for contracts and gifting departments.

· Efficiently and accurately enter all guest and tour information into company database.

· Update and maintain sales and marketing reports on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.

· Provide additional administrative support to internal departments: Sales, Marketing, HR & Resort.

· Other assignments including accounts payable, commission incentives & inventory management.
