Job Description-
The primary purpose of this position is to provide exceptional customer service by engaging in behaviors that will enhance the guest experience and satisfaction, while setting the stage for a successful sales timeshare presentation.
Essential Job Function and Responsibilities:
Accounting Duties
Back of the house support
Premium reconciliation
Assist Business Operations Manager in all administrative functions
Preparation and maintenance of legal documents
Cash handling/ credits and debits
Responsibilities/Job Duties:
Maintain a positive attitude at all times with everyone you come in contact with.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to achieve site mandated performance expectations.
Ability to determine eligibility, including but not limited to completion of necessary paperwork.
Ability to handle proprietary information in a confidential and classified manner.
Data entry
Wear neat and clean Wyndham issued uniforms including name tag.
Be able to properly identify owner tours.
Be knowledgeable of tour categories and qualifications.
Other tasks assigned by the Manager, Supervisor, or Lead
Answer phones and guest questions in a professional manner.
Distribute premiums and complete daily gift, tour and contract reconciliation in all systems.
File and secure all documents per procedures. Maintain property owner information per PII and PCI standards.
Travel Requirements:
Limited travel. May occasionally require some inter-city travel between the sales sites.
Minimum Qualifications/ Requirements:
2 or more years Customer Service Experience
High School diploma or Equivalent
Must be able to work all evenings, weekends and holidays
Professional appearance
Excellent communication skills
Interpersonal skills
Ability to use Microsoft Office; Computer experience including MS Office (Outlook, Word & Excel).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to assist guest and co-workers in a helpful, positive, professional and friendly manner
Possesses productive, energetic, and self-motivated attributes.
Possesses organizational skills
Ability to speak effectively before groups of guests and/or employees.
Timeshare, Escrow or Mortgage Loan Processing experience preferred.
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment; able to work under pressure in a team environment
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
Problem solving and good communication skills.

Salary: $17.00 /hour
