How You'll Shine

To actively contribute to the company's vision to put the world on vacation by providing administrative support to our Resort Management team.

Responsibilites include, but are not limited to:

• Responding to general telephone/email/mail enquiries.
• General Hotel Reservation and Rate Management updates
• Procure and maintain equipment and supplies
• Support the Accounts Payable department to ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner
• Data entry and general administrative support
• Manage compliance related matters
