We currently have an exciting opportunity for an established Financial Controller to join our growing Singapore corporate office.  In the position of Financial Controller Asia, you will provide accurate and timely financial reporting and shared services to senior management of Wyndham Vacation Clubs Asia Pacific.

The position is a hands on role, providing leadership over the Asia accounting, financial reporting, planning and analytics, payroll, and taxation functions across the vacation clubs and hospitality businesses.

In this role, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

• Maintaining financial integrity over financial ledgers and compliance reporting.
• Maintaining a strong, efficient, effective and practical internal financial controls environment.
• Overseeing all statutory financial reporting obligations for Asia under IFRS and reporting to the US Parent under USGAAP
• Overseeing all of the taxation compliance requirements across Asia.
• Analytics, budgeting and forecasting for the Asia region.
• Develop and manage the performance outcomes of the Finance teams to ensure a high standard of service delivery, and expectations of the business is achieved

Experience in the hospitality and or timeshare sectors would be an advantage. You will have strong technical skills with a proven ability to prepare position papers which support actions taken with respect to our operations under IFRS and USGAAP.  You will also have the confidence and business acumen to provide high level support to the CFO with new initiatives and project work.

Our Asian business currently operates in Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, and China, and we are looking to continue aggressive growth in the region through both organic and acquisition sources.
