The Closer II is responsible for preparation of deeds and mortgages, as well as other documents related to closing. Conveyance of legal title through issuance of a deed when determined eligible; preparation of mortgage releases or satisfactions necessary to remove encumbrance; communication with owners and agents regarding matters effecting title to real estate; communication with other departments and site personnel regarding procedures; preparation, review and recordation of deeds for property coming back to the organization through trade, default or foreclosure; processing title insurance orders; billing property owners for closing costs while providing high quality customer service.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

• 2 years general office experience.
• 1 year closing or title relation experience with an emphasis on understanding the closing process.
• Strong organizational skills.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in both MS Outlook and Word and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• 1 year experience in a customer service role.
• The ability to operate in a fast paced organization while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associates degree preferred.
• Timeshare experience preferred.
• Expert Excel and Access experience a plus.
• Additional year of customer service and closing experience.
