Program Support Analyst

Wyndham Destinations is currently seeking a Program Support Analyst in Orlando, Florida.  This role is responsible for the execution and support of the projects and programs within Inventory Management. The primary areas of responsibility include, technology support (short and long term) business integration, process documentation, and program analysis. There should be a focus on problem solving and identification of business efficiencies to integrate new work streams into current and align new programs with current operations all with consideration of business strategy. He/she will create innovative solutions that impact the overall business and department processes while meeting the demands of key business partners and position programs for long term success. The ideal candidate will also be able to articulate the work and objectives of the team to ensure cohesive support of the broader team. He/She must be able to provide a high level of quality support to key business partners and the project portfolio while maintaining positive cultural influence across the organization.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Develops and Implements creative and effective methods to respond to business needs. 
  • Accountable for execution of assigned projects/processes for overall Organizational programs that fall within the Inventory Management Operation
  • Designs processes, document requirements, and provides analytical support & communication to Key Business partners 
  • Serves as a positive influence and Inventory Management subject matter expert for cross-functional teams 
  • Researches and analyzes information; provide critical insight to management on trends and completes Ad-hoc analysis
  • Supports the One Team initiative by engaging with all levels of staff
Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelors degree in Business or relevant work experience
Knowledge and skills
  • Excellent strategic, analytical and creative thinking aptitude in both an independent and team environment
  • Strong communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • High technical capability in UAT and system design requirements
  • Able to multi task and work in multiple systems.
Technical Skills
  • Microsoft Office(Focus in Excel and Outlook)
  • GDS
  • Yield management Software
Job experience
  • 3-5 years of hotel/resort operations/front desk experience
  • Revenue and/or yield management in the Hospitality Industry experience preferred
  • Time Share, Travel, Hospitality Industry experience preferred.
Unless there is a legal requirement, experience will be accepted for the education requirement.
