Sales & Service Agent - Arabic Speaker

  • Service inbound and outbound calls through consultative selling and building relationships and trust with our customers
  • Build rapport and understand the customers’ needs and recommend the best products and service for their requirements
  • Promote all products and services to existing and new customers with enthusiasm whilst demonstrating exceptional knowledge and customer service
  • Flexibility to work in a changing environment offering customers a variety of holiday products with a strong focus on switch-selling and first contact resolution
  • Resolution of member complaints/enquiries whether verbal, written or via e-mail relating to all aspects of the DAE system
  • Support a variety of administration tasks that ensure the customer receives a seamless service
  • Achieve and exceed personal sales and service targets and contribute to the team and company goals
  • Track and record customer activity accurately and in a timely manner in order to ensure all business reporting and customer data is accurate
  • Commit to personal training and development plans and always seek to improve performance with support from line manager and other DAE colleagues
  • Deliver a professional service, be enthusiastic and positive and help make DAE a great place to work
Knowledge/ Skills / Qualifications
  • Exceptional sales and customer service telephone skills
  • Target driven
  • Customer focused – polite and responsive & passionate about delivering excellent service
  • Highly motivated – enthusiastic and confident
  • Excellent PC Skills
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and in written form
  • Ability to multi-task
  • To be a hard working, positive and commited team member   
  • Proven sales ability and a positive attitude where occasional rejections do not adversely affect approach
  • An ability to handle challenging sales and service situations
  • Desire to learn and continually expand your destination knowledge
  • ‘Can do’ attitude where nothing is too much trouble
  • Flexibility to adapt in a changing environment
  • Travel experience and geography knowledge would be of benefit
  • Negotiation Skills – securing win-win agreements.
  • Ability to manage time effectively in order to arrange workload and prioritise key tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
  • Educated to GCSE or equivalent
  • Educated to A-level or equivalent
