Frontline Selling Sales Manager
Location: San Diego
This is an OUTSTANDING OPPORTUNITY for an experienced Timeshare Sales Rep to work for the Industry Leader, Wyndham Vacation Resorts, at our San Diego location! Must be able to go front-to-back, run their own team and accept increasing responsibility!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain minimum performance standards set by Site Vice President
- Establish written individual and team goals
- Monitor performance on a daily basis to recognize excellence and coach weaknesses
- Train each member of the team in the selling methods developed by the Company
- Administer Company Policies and processes in a consistent, fair and equitable manner
- Coach, support, and re-train current Sales Associates who are not meeting minimum standards to improve their performance and be successful
- Regularly T.O. tables and enforce guidelines for team members
- Have knowledge of all programs sold and serviced by Wyndham Vacation Resorts
- CA Real Estate license required
- Extensive timeshare selling experience
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Must possess a positive attitude, strong leadership ability and motivational skills, and a track record of strong work ethics and integrity
