2019 Summer Hospitality Internship with Wyndham Vacation Rentals!
June 3rd, 2019 – August 9, 2019 (10 weeks)
Come take in the mountain views this summer with Wyndham Vacation Rentals, Colorado, while working for school credit!
Wyndham Vacation Rentals is a large vacation rental management company. Colorado vacations become a playground for winter sports enthusiasts thanks to a surplus of snow, world-class ski terrain, and phenomenal off-the-mountain fun, shopping and dining. Wyndham Vacation Rentals offers Colorado vacation rentals that provide quick access to the ski slopes and all the outdoor adventures of this scenic mountainous region.
We want your internship experience with Wyndham Vacation Rentals to be beneficial, educational, and FUN! We will support you in attaining school credit for your time with us. Our goal is to share with you an overall operational understanding of our property management business, with an emphasis on Guest Services and Housekeeping.
Do I have what it takes?
We are seeking enthusiastic, energetic, customer service driven, college students, majoring in hospitality or a related field, to join Wyndham Vacation Rentals for an exciting and educational winter internship! We are looking for students who are currently enrolled in a college or university hospitality program (related programs will also be considered). A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 and previous customer service experience is preferred. Additionally, you MUST be able to attain school credit for your time with us.
Is this a paid internship?
YES. We pay competitively, and this is a paid internship opportunity. Expect to work between 30-40 hours a week. The ability to work a flexible schedule is required. In the hospitality industry, evening, weekend and holiday work is required. Any school coursework is expected to be completed on your own time. Paychecks are issued bi-weekly, however, your first paycheck my take three weeks to be issued, so you should plan your finances accordingly.

Students are required to work 30-40+ hours based on business needs and must be able to work a flexible schedule which may include: nights, weekends, holidays, overtime and on-call. Thus, no time off will be allowed for trips/travel, weddings, family reunions, etc.
