Building an Inclusive Workplace

Diversity Resource Groups (DRGs) play a critical role in our company culture, focusing on three key areas: professional development, education and awareness, and community engagement. Each DRG is open and inclusive of all associates and shares in our collective mission to grow and develop talent across genders, abilities, races, ethnicities, and other aspects of diversity.

  • Asians + Pacific Islanders in Travel (APT) champions cultural understanding and appreciation, notably hosting diverse events during the Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month. Engaging with esteemed figures like Dr. Ian Shin and Tana Umaga, they foster a culture of learning and development, enhancing our global connections.
  • Coalition of Black Associates (CoBA) demonstrates exceptional community engagement, notably supporting the historic town of Eatonville, FL with school supply drives and career days. Their Black History Month celebrations with key speakers like Deborah Tulani Salahu-Din and Jernard Wells foster a richer understanding of Black history and culture among our global associates and DRG members.
  • ¡FUERTE! (Hispanic/Latinx) is instrumental in driving professional growth, offering career advancement sessions and contributing valuable feedback to business partners for the launch of our Hispanic Travel Club prior to its launch in the fall of 2022. Their commitment to career building and networking is evident through their engagements with the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Metro Orlando (HCCMO) and other corporate partners.
  • PRIDE (LGBTQIA+) encourages associates to engage actively in community events, reinforcing a culture of participation and inclusivity. Their insights for the future Gay Travel Club showcases our commitment to understanding and addressing diverse customer needs while leveraging the voices of our members’ lived experiences. Pride Month events with speakers like Wade A. Davis further promoted a desire to learn and seek to understand varying perspectives within our company.
  • Veterans and Supporters Travel (VAST) is involved with veteran-focused organizations such as PGA Hope and Soldiers' Angels which underlines our commitment to honoring and supporting veterans. Their participation in community events like food distribution by Soldiers' Angels demonstrates our dedication to community service.
  • Women in Travel (WIT) initiatives tackle gender bias, promoted women's health, and improve business acumen, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for women. These achievements underscore our company's commitment to the well-being and professional growth of our female associates.
